How to write a paragraph
Writing a paragraph is like making a hamburger, it needs a top, bottom and middle to make it a qualified one.
The topic sentence usually comes at the begining of the paragraph. Not only it introduce an overall idea to what you want discuss in the paragraph, but also it is the most general sentence of the whole paragraph.
A conclusion sentence is the last sentence of the paragraph which summarize the entire paragraph. You can think of conclusion sentence as a sort of topic sentence in reverse
The second, third, fourth, etc are called supporting sentences. They are called the supporting because they support or explain the topic sentence in details. Of course a paragraph in English should have 3 supporting sentences in minimum.
